Our 12-year old house with $1000s of upgrades is valued by you like old houses in dumpy neighbothood

Zillow values our 12-year old house at 14580 Wilmot Drive with $1000s of upgrades (granite counters, tile replacing all vinyl, new light fixtures, fresh paint, and new carpet) in a well-kept neighborhood, at as low a value as 40 year old houses in dumpy neighborhoods, and less than a similar but smaller house behind us. How can we get a better valuation?

One year ago the estimate on the house was over $14000000. The market has not fallen THAT much.

Dear Zillow Community,
I purchased my new home in May of 2008 for $729,000. On Zillow, there is a typo and it says I purchased it for $279,000 (instead of $729,000). Other houses in my neighborhood are showing at $800,000 and above but our house is being valued at $475,000 because of that data. We need this data to be correct so that our house is valued correctly on Zillow when people are looking at our home. I have tried to correct it by inflating what I would sell it for with no luck. Can I somehow get this typo corrected at Zillow? Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
