How do I correct a map that is in error as to the location and address of my home?

My address is 1805 and when I look it up it shows as a home that is actually 1727. There are 8 addresses that are in error as I am the last home on the street.

The same error appears in Google earth - who owns the maps?

The closest elementary school to e.g. 1023 S. Holmes, Lansing, MI is incorrectly listed as "Holmes Building", http://www.zillow.com/school/MI-Lansing/Lansing-Public-School-District-9714/Holmes-Building-45091/ . That building is currently owned by an Internet services company and the first floor is being remodeled for use by a non-profit organization, see http://www.iteclansing.org/contact-us . The closest school for that neighborhood is

actually Mount Hope, http://www.zillow.com/school/MI-Lansing/Lansing-Public-School-District-9714/Mt.-Hope-School-45115 .

How do I change my home's location? It is way off.

I was given the option at one point, but it wouldn't save it to the spot where I had placed it. Now I cannot even get back to the part of the site where I set the location.

I went to sign up and for some reason after enter my info, it shows some other house as mine. Uhhh...I never even got to add my house. Maybe I'm confused with how this website works. I was trying to become a member to get an estimate on my house. But instead it added me as the owner of a house in my neighborhood. Please help!

I have an 8.5% int. on my mortgage of $110k. Should I refi even tho I want to sell in 1-2 yrs?

I bought my home 2 1/2 yrs ago, just out of bankruptcy. My int. rate is high and could be much lower now, but I want to sell in 1-2 years. Would I be better just waiting (while paying higher monthly pymt) to sell or should I try to refi for better int. rate?
