Want to add a comp that doesn't show on the list, but does show on the current zillow map. How?

There is a comp that shows on the large zestimate zillow map as a recent sale, but it doesn't show in the comp pick list when I try to choose comps. How can I add it?
Also, there are other properties in the vicinity (two are forclosure sales and two were found by my appraiser) that don't show up as comps on the zestimate. How can I add my own comps to the list for my own estimate?
