What are some things I should pay look for in a home nobodys lived in, in 20 years?

The house hasnt been lived in for at least 20 years! The newest owner bought the house
12 years ago and has given it some attention some small updates.

Is there anything i should focus on more than others? I personally am concerned with the septic since it hasnt been frequently used!

Zillow says my home facts are already "owned by owner". I bought this home over a year ago. How do I request Zillow to "release" home ownership to me, the current owner?
