The listing with my real estate agent has expired. I have repeatedly ask the agent to remove her contact information from my listing on Zillow, but it has not been done although the home is no longer listed on the MLS. While I had the listing originally, her contact information over-rode my contact information when she had additional photos uploaded to Zillow. She says the videographer put the information on Zillow and she cannot get him to remove it. If she will not remove her contact information from the listing, how do I force the removal of her contact information. I have claimed my home.

I recently purchased a home, and some of the already existing pictures from the listing on Zillow are dated and inaccurate (for example, the kitchen counters were updated to granite and wallpaper was removed while the house was still for sale). Now that I took ownership, and I claimed ownership on the site, all I am able to do is add photos, but I cannot seem to remove the ones that the agent posted... Any tips? Thanks!

As if their Vantage scores mean diddly. We all know better!! RIGHT?

My husband and I walked away from a house and things over 15yrs ago but we paid things as well as we could some where forgiven. We figured a few years ago that we would try to start getting credit and we have been trying since 2002 at least. and we couldnt get anything.We went to buy a truck and they just said no and we did get a letter from the credit report company but we had never gotten very many straight answers. well my daughter told me to go to annual credit report and lo and behold they had my credit mixed with someone else and they have gone wild. I did everything ti dispute things and after months of back and forth I think it is taken care of now I have really no credit score and I want a loan my husband diesnt have a real credit score either. we have jobs we have both been at for over 10yrs and I can get the 3.5 for an fha loan but the bank in my area said they can not do a loan with a low score. I really want to buy instead of rent we have a slum lord lets put it this way we need a roof and he has known scince July and nothing and forget renters rights they give you the run around. awhy should I take and put down on a rental that I could put down on a house I could own. It's not like we didn't try to get any credit but no one would give it I wish it was the good ol days when you went in and said I paid this person and they checked with them. As I said any help getting a loan would be gratefull .

Hi,
Last week I sent a question to you regarding why my zestimate was so inaccurate. My next door neighbor's house is 200 sq. ft. smaller and has never been updated. In contrast, unlike our neighbor's, we have a pool, a guest house with kitchen, and spent well over $200, 000 on upgrades--Why is our house listed as being $200,000 less than theirs, and why did you drop our 30 day value by $24,000 and theirs by only $6,000. I thought this was a reputable site, trying to provide accurate information. What gives?

My home is currently estimated at $736,000 (9120 Cricklewood Court, Vienna, Va, 22182) and has dropped $17,500 over the past 30 days. An exact home two doors up the street with fewer features recently sold for $775,000 and is currently estimated @$801,500. (9115 Cricklewood Ct, Vienna, VA ,22182). Why the wide discrepancy?

Loan officer and real estate advice...

I'm thinking of making an offer on a bank owned property. The listing agent says I must be pre-qualified by his lender. When I called the loan officer I asked him if he were going to reveal the upper end of of what I'm qualified for to the bank. He said "yes!" I'm not comfortable with this at all. When I gave him the information needed for the pre-qual letter I told him that I only wanted to offer a certain amount. Now he is telling me that he knows there is a cash offer and that if I want to win the deal I should offer what he says. I don't think he's also a real estate agent, but how does he know about a cash offer on the property?
