The city not maintaining it is fine, but wouldn't resolving encroachments be painful (Just speaking in general)?

Map shows the abandoned road leads to both 92nd&93rd but the street images shows that it's blocked one way. The neighbor seems to be using it as their land(probably, just looking at the pictures). What can be done here?

Not sure if this is the right way to reply on our 3030 80th Ave SE question that you answered - thanks for the quick response. The picture are all Beckys old pictures, if you delete them we'll be happy to reload with current. Perhaps that will get her name off it as agent - still showed that way when I did the search again a moment ago.

Listing errors

Listing # 29123369, 3030 80th Ave SE Mercer Island shows in my profile section fine, but (Problem 1) does not show up in the public search, and (2) shows Becky Nadesan as the agent at the bottom of the listing. Is there a place on the site where I can fix this, or does someone at Zillow have to help me?

The sad part is there are 8 old growth (>100 yr old) Doug fir trees on this lot, half will be cut

sadly, this home was bought and is now being approved for a mega home, greater than 6K sq ft.
