I listed my home here on Zillow and now I find it listed with centry 21 now they get 6% if they sell

I just posted my home-4 sale by owner, which had been with realtors before.

Zillow shows the listing being over 500 days old, so is obviously dating the age of the listing from when a realtor first posted it to Zillow.

How do I get the listing age to reflect time from when I posted the house, which was today (Nov 21, 2009).

My wife and I need to refinance in order to pay off unsecured debt. We owe 149,000 on our house that appraises for 180,000. In order to get cash out we would have to find a lender that does refis above the 80% LTV. Are the programs that will allow for this to happen and if so whats the catch?

How do I negotiate a lower price? Price is too high. Seen it and like it. I've even lived in it as a tenant. Don't like paying rent continuously, especially when I like something enough to buy it, but the price seems pretty high.

My question is about houses on Jerico Rd. Essex Jct. Vt., aka Rte 15. For example: 90 Jerico Rd. Essex Jct. Vt. There is no info on this house or any others on this street. Are you going to be adding these?

why is there nothing listed on here about if it has a basement, what type of basement, etc. how many rooms are in the house and what size are they? what type of heat is used? what type of siding? what type of roof? how much are the taxes per year? is there central H/A?

Why is the estimated Mortgage payment so low?

The assessed value of the home is $120,000. The home was purchased for $103,500. There have been improvements since the last assessment. The value of the home is not $54,000 as you state. Comparable homes in the area are listed between $160,000 and $225,000. Vermont was not significantly impacted by the downturn. What is up? Why won't you answer my questions?

The amount listed as the tax assessed value is incorrect. The tax assessment is approx $120K
