Mortgage with excellent credit payment history but high debt

I am a first time home buyer and would like to purchase a $230,000 home with $25,000 down payment, so get a mortgage for $205,000. Can I qualify for a home loan with the following situation:
1. Current credit scores 653, 668 & 672.
2. Married with no income for wife.
3. Personal annual income of $150,000 ($100,000 salary + $20,000 bonus + $30,000 income from stock trading).
4. Total revolving debt on credit cards of $120,000 (0% APR balance transfers)
5. Total liquid asset of $140,000 (bank account and investment accounts).
6. Excellent payment history (no late payments ever in 10+ years, no delinquencies, bankruptcy, etc)
7. No payment accounts open (all cars paid off and no mortgage).

What kind of interest rates will I qualify for? What would you recommend for improving my loan application to get more favorable terms for the mortgage.

Hi,

I am looking for buyer's agent in Seattle market that would work on hourly or fixed fee. We have already looked at the home we like and would do all the negotiations ourselves. I just need someone to shuttle all the papers between seller and me and send any emails that they get from the sellers agent.

Do you have any recommendations?

It seems hard to believe that the value of this home is 2.5x what it was 15 years ago.

Are there any recent transactions to base the estimate on or is the entire community just one big mark-to-model?

Home is actually a four bedroom with 2 1/2 baths. The living area is 2380 with a 600 sq ft garage.

Home address: 12437 83rd Place N.E., Kirkland WA 98034. The "Public" square footage info shown on Zillow is wrong. Per King County tax records, it is 2106 square feet. We do not want erroneous information affecting the value of our home on Zillow. PLEASE CORRECT THIS ASAP! Thank you.

When the price of all houses are going up how is that the Zestimate of this house has gone up by over 300 thousand over a six month period. Some thing is wrong with the way the estimate is done

They publish false date and infomation on homes that need to be corrected.
