My home (MLS468063) does not show up on zillow- WHY

After buying this home May of 08 i notified zillow, got person saying updating will take time, yea yea ok. Now have listed for over 6 months, used zillow before selling home in michigan, would like to fill in info as owner, but the address COULD NOT BE FOUND. would you any of you a part timer please get my house posted. I have new constuction listed (5 listings to be exact). The street address is Mila and it's listed Milo. I can enter the new address but how do I delete the wrong ones? Please help.

Your information is not correct. There is one full bath and two half baths.

Kitchen and all bathrooms have been updated. Hardwood floors in living room and dining room. Bedrooms are carpeted. Elementary school is Mechanicstown.

Is there a way to find out if the lot next door has plans to build, or if there are restrictions?

We are looking at a property that has a large lot next door. The owners of that lot have a small house far away, out of view of the property we are considering. But we are concerned that in the future they may sell off part of their acreage and that a new house will go up right next door, which would be a deal breaker for us. We were told that because the area is the Watershed for NYC, there are many government restrictions on building new homes. Is there a way to find out if those owners have plans to sell/build, or to find out the details of these government restrictions? Thanks!

Before I bought this home the last sale was 230,000 was posted on zillow why its not reflecting that

why it is not reflecting the 230,000 last sold price. it is using the sold price before the 230,000 sold price which was about 159,000. that is bring the value down.
