When I look at my neighborhood the map indicates "Walkers Point", which is the next neighborhood to the North, at least a mile away. It should say "Bay View". How can I sugges that it be changed?

Mortgage Modification with GMAC

I have been trying to modify my mortgage since January. The first time they said I sent it back not notarzied which was a lie, the second time they said they sent it and I never received it, and now the 3rd one I received and they are asking for $3300 up front. I tried speaking to my lender and explaining to them I can only come up with $1200 but they told me the investor will accept nothing less. Is there anything I can do to keep my house please? I have children and would have no where to go.
