How do I claim my home after purchasing 2 years ago?

The house still has the original seller's Make Me Move price, and I'm unable to claim it. My name should be an option if I could figure out how to "reclaim" it.
Any ideas?

How come this Unit 1 was not open today, as the description above says Sun, 11/15/2009, 3:00-5:00pm?

I own a "hipster loft" in downtown Minneapolis. I don't even live in the state any longer due to my fiance and I relocating for his job on the east coast. I currently rent this out and still end up paying 7,000 in HOA and the remaining of my mortgage. Do I sell or stay for a few years? I bought it for 237k with a heated parking spot. Who knows now what it is worth!

Why in the world would comps around the $50k range raise the value of a home to $400k?

Where does zillow come up with these numbers? Who do I contact to correct them? It's not just a single property, but obviously a problem with one of their sources of information

Want to change the lender because of bad experience.

I have a situration where I locked in my interest rate for my FHA loan with a lender but because of bad experience I do not want to go with them anymore. I came to know that my current lender have not pulled any FHA case number yet. Would that mean, my lock is not valid yet ? Lender is saying that I have to pay application transfer fee to change the lender. Do I owe transfer fee as the FHA case number has not yet been opened? If I go to some other lender and if they start my FHA loan process, would I get into any trouble? Please advice. I am frustrated with the current lender. Please advice what I can do.

I paid cash for it in 2005 when prices were at their highest! Can I expect to sell a 2 bedroom loft with a very large patio, or is the market so bad that I should I wait another year.

Do I owe anything to the lender if I back out of purchase after locking in the interest rate?

I have locked in interest rate on FHA loan with a lender but because of unexpected expenses I am under tight financial situation and I am not in best position to buy the home. I want to back out of purchasing the property. I know I will be loosing the earnest money that I put down with the builder but wondering If I have to pay any penalty to the LENDER for not closing because I am not purchasing the house anymore?

Can I lock in mortgage rate with multiple lenders at the same time?

Is there any restriction as such in Minnesota for locking in rates with multiple lenders? For example, I lock in a rate for FHA loan with lender A and down the road if the interest rates go down, can I lock in the rate with another lender B at that point? or do I have to unlock with lender A before I lock in with lender B?

I'd like to buy a bank-owned home. It would be cheap, as in around 90K. I'm currently wrapping up some work on my home, but don't think I'll finish in order to put it on the market in the next couple months. I'd rather not have to work every weekend to do so either, as we have a 1.5 year old and are expecting. I'd like to simply get an FHA loan on the bank-owned property, then sell our property next March. We'd live in the new home in order to meet FHA requirements. Could we get an FHA loan under these circumstances? Our current home is worth around 260K to 280K, based on last 12 month sales in the area. We have around 100K in equity. I do not want to refinance the house. We'd like an FHA ARM on the new house.
