1504 is the large house on the corner of Sherwin and Lee, 4 doors down from where the map indicates.

I am the granddaughter, daughter, and niece of the former owners and am intimately familiar with the house and the neighborhood. Your map indicates 1504 is in the middle of the block, but it's the large house on the corner of Sherwin and Lee with the large detached garage behind it. I can't change it on the map because I am not the current owner, but perhaps someone might want to look into correcting the map.

Why is the lid off the toilet tank in one of the bathrooms? Additionally, why is there tape accross apparently all of the other fixtures throughout the house? Do all of the fixtures work?

My loan-to-value ratio is poor (I owe 103% of my value). Is my best bet to pay down principal to create more equity, so then I can refinance for a better deal? What is the minimum % of equity I need to get a food refi? Or do I suck it up and take a less than optimal HARP or other loan that doesn't save me much?

What do I do if the sale price of my home is wrong?

We refinanced in October of 2008 and added an additional amount to our existing loan. Only that amount is showing up as the "sale price."
