i'm buying this poperty for 160k,the ZESTIMATE value is 170k. Recently sold for 127k. any Idea why so cheap? by the way is a REO property.

I have been relocated through work tothe Oceanside area. Is there a possability that GMAC, since they are my current lender would work with me since I would think it would be easier to sell a home where I am now.

I have been responsible paying on time, however family has grown and in good market would have sold and move up. I need more space, I am breaking all hoa rules, bedroom in garage etc.

We have our family home paid in full. However, our children are now located in Murrieta and want us to move to that location. We thought we could keep our home here and find a place out in Murrieta as a second place. Therefore, $20,000 is avable as down. Would that work out?

Hi Ronskie,

Once again, thank you for asking the Agent to remove my house as being for sale on the automatic feed. However, the HOME DESCRIPTION Section which ZILLOW displays is STILL incorrect. The HOME DESCRIPTION states my house is REO Foreclosed and that it is For Sale for 269,900. Please help me Ronskie. I have personally spoken with the Agent and he denies either he or his office made any mistakes. Yet, a few days ago, the Agent had his information posted, once again, for the second time in two months. People were coming to my house, either by themselves or with their Agents. Ronskie, my mother is dying. She has been given about 4-5 months of life. Constant knocking and people trying to get into our backyard scares and disturbs her sleep. Please help me Ronskie, I need the HOME DESCRIPTION Section removed. I've edited it myself many times, however, it just keeps coming back. Thank you once again for all your help.
