Do I qualify for a new loan? My current mortgage 1800/m. . I am going to buy a new house $635000.

My new mortgage payment will be 3800/m (20% down). My monthly income is $15000. I will carry the two houses for 6 months before I sell the first one. Is my debt to income ration too low? Do banks add the two mortgages together to calculate the ratio? I am worried that I may not get the new mortgage. My credit score 760. Thanks.

This home is not really 2617 square feet! Only about 2147!!

If you check with the city, the field card includes 400 square feet of "finished attic", which this house does not have. They have admited it to be a mistake, but the sellers have to call for the new assessment, which they will not do because they want to keep their listing at 2617 square feet to try to justify the high price. Buyer Beware! The real square footage of this house is much lower!!
