I updated + 1 master bedroom, + 1 bath, + 600 sq feet. The work was done with a permit in 1994. Your Blog said Zillow updated price several times a week based on these factors. There has been no change in price and it is over a week.
Was the Blog wrong? How and how often do you update?

my house is above average and in one of the best neighborhoods in my town. Why would my value go down more than the rest of my zip code or city?

need I say more...at this point we've not hit the bottom of the market, housing will fall for the next year, at least... experts predict another 15-20% fall in the market... therefore every one should expect to cut their selling price by at least that much if you hope to sell in this market unless you have the resources for the long haul.
