Well it happened again. another low ball offer on our home that iam practically giving away. With all the media hype and forclosures it is impossible to sell just to be selling. Thanks for helping zillow, with your low so called zestimate. it will not be possible to get a fair price for my home. Realtors, do you part and question a potential sale. Not all homes are in forclosure or fallen on hard times. We are just trying to downsize (and not make a fortune) and purchase new to help a stagnate economy.

I have a friend who is interested in a lease option to buy my home.

She wants to get out of her neighborhood (it has a lot of renters) and I need to upsize due to a growing family. She won't get as much for her home (due to current market conditions) so this would let her save up a little more for a down payment before she would buy my home. It would help us unload our house w/out having to pay a realtor. We both would have separate attorneys, have a home inspection and get an appraisal. Does anyone have any advice?
