Hi,

I am interested in your property and have a few questions. First, why does the price on Zillow show you're asking $1? Why are you selling? What is the neighborhood like? Is it a fixer-upper and what is there that needs to be done and do you have any bids for the work?

I was very confused by this listing the pictures look great but when I look at the birds eye view and street view I see the home no where on this block can some I'm I just missing some thing here?

How often does Zillow update it's plot maps and housing information?

My wife and I have just completed construction on a new home and I want to track it's value using Zillow. However Zillow does not recognize the address and when I look at the plot maps it does not even show the plot boundaries.

Our county GIS maps have shown the lots for at least two years and have listed our ownership for over a year now. That says to me that Zillow have not updated their mapping information in at least that long.

Can someone please get the maps updated so that I can identify and claim my home.

How is the square footage calculated?? Does this include the garage, deck and finished parts of the basement along with the main living space??

How long have you lived here and why want to move? These pics as posted are a bit blurry, can you email some that are more clear? Also the floorplan so I can check room measurements? How much are monthly association fees? Is additional (garage) parking available and at what cost? Taxes look cheap, what is story on this?
