$8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit has been extended to April 30, 2010

Looking for homes for sale in Utah?

As of today the $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit has been extended to April 30, 2010.

Purchase contract must be entered into buy April 30, 2010 and closed by June 30.
The tax credit has been expanded to include a $6,500 credit for owners of existing homes who are purchasing a new principal residence.
$6,500 tax credit will be available for home owners whohave been residing in their principal residence for five consecutive years out of the last eight.
Income eligibility limits to claim the full credit amount for both groups of home buyers have been raised to $125,000 for individuals and $225,000 for married couples.

Seeking data for Salt Lake City Nieghborhoods older than 2008

The Zillow index is exaclty what i have been looking for. A neighborhood by neighborhood housing index in Utah. However, after downloading the data, I see that it only goes back to 2008. Can Zillow provide me with older neighborhood based data? If not, does anyone else know where to obtain this data?

Do you think the Tax Credit/Incentive should be extended and why?

I have buyers who are sitting on the fence because they are convinced the buyer incentive for first time home buyers will be extended or adjusted just like the Home Run grant here in Utah. Do you think it should be extended and why? Just curious to see what other people think. I think its hard to keep our creditability if we promote only so many weeks left before the incentive is gone and then boom its back.... again. It feels like the boy who cried wolf. THank you for your time an opinions.

How do I delete photos that show up on the home page, but do not when I click on "add/edit photos"?

I have 23 total photos...the first 8 are one's I'm trying to remove, but they do not appear in the "add/edit photos" area anywhere. Why is this? They are old and pre-remodel.
