Does anyone hear a loud humming noise at night?

The T-Mobil building off of Douglas is throwing out a lot of noise from its A/C Units. Does anyone else hear this?

I have a single family home built on 2008 (2000 sqf, 3 beds, 2.5 bath, 7K sqf lot). With upgrades I paid 435K and with the all the improvements (landscaping, etc) my total cost was around 455K. Market in the area is down 11% (98065) and my mortgage balance (6.125% 30 year fixed) is around 370K.

I was looking for refinance with better rates or use one of the new government plans, but the companies I have consulted told me I don't fit into government plans and the current value of my house is below my mortgage balance.

My home does not show up the right street. You have me surrounded by homes that are $300k less!

Just pull up "34002 SE Salal Street" in Snoqualmie. When I did the owner estimate the basic info was correct and my wife and I were listed as owners on the drop down owner list ... but the home appears to be positioned amoungst streets and houses that are not around here. Can you fix this?? Thanks, JM

Listed on Zillow there are three versions of my home for sale but no zestimate. How do I delete these&get my zestimate??? I have lived here since 1998 and don't understand why this website is not updated.

We're thinking of selling our home early this summer. We live in a fairly upscale neighborhood, and comparable homes tend to have really nice ameneties, especially in the kitchens.

Our kitchen is in good shape but looks a little dated (laminate countertops, washed oak look cabinets, and cheap builder installed appliances). We know we need to replace the carpet in the living room too, that's a must weather we sell or not.

So we're thinking of making some cosmetic improvements like hardwood floors, new appliances, and granite counter tops (like the other homes for sale around here).

What I don't know is how to asses weather I'll get a return on that. Are there any good tools out there?

You have repeatedly had the value of my home incorrect. My house appraised at 540K and you have it at 496K. If this is not changed and I will be suing you for false advertising.
