my home including open land behind my property has been devloped with expensive houses. but all a can see is open land at the zillow mape. Even my home has been updated inside out more than years ago. That makes me wonder how much is your site follo up to uptodate on some neighborhood.

The facts are incorrect for the 11831 residence. See edit below. House is remodeled in 2003 as was next door. There seems to be a value of 40k more for next door but less property and only 840 sf for next door residence. When is the next update of this website going to take place?
