how do i delete a listing

I have listings on Zilow. How do I delete a listing?

Last sale price listed at 50% of actual purchase value

I am the owner of 702 W Vermont Ave, Urbana IL 61801. I purchased
the house in 1997 for $126,000, not the $63,000 shown.

The sale was actually split in half between two sellers which is
probably where the value came from, but Zillow isn't reflecting the
true purchase price, so the value is significantly lower than
similar houses in the area.

Here's the information from the county accessor listing the two 50%
purchases in 1997.

How can I get this updated? This incorrect value results in a much lower
Zestimate than similar houses in the area.

Is there central air?
How old is the roof? Is it in good condition?
What kind of siding? How old and what condition?
What floor are the bedrooms on?
How old are the hot water heater and furnace?

How big is your yard? Is there room to add onto the property (e.g. add sq. ft). How are the schools? Are there children the same age range on the street? That's it for now. Hope to hear back from you soon.
