I was wondering what needed to be done to get my home added to Zillow...
Is this under my control?

Zestimate vs Assessed Value?

we are looking at a house that is listed for $259,900, Assessed at $263K and the Zestimate is $333,500.
Why is the zestimate so much higher? I have been doing a lot of research and the Zestimate seems pretty close to what I would expect but yet this one seems so high?

I like your listing on zillow. Seems cozy, and nice outdoor setup. Do you have more photos est. of kitchen and masterbedrooms.

And the layout, is it 3 bedrooms on second and 1 on first with 2 in basement?
