VA appraised our home higher than Zillow

Our was appraised by the VA when we refianced in May 09 and they appraised it for 2$204,000. Zillow has our home appraised at $195,000. Would the VA appraisal be more aaccurate?

weekof11/15/2009 --- Zestimate of 212,900

Asking price:217,900

I think that a fair offer would be in the 190,000 - 200,000 range to compenstate for the falling Zestimate.
