The front, side and backyard is also redone. It is still a 3 bedroom and 2 bath but has alot of upgrades, new look compared to houses in the area.

I have a construction hard money loan. Can I obtain a conventional or FHA loan to refi?

Because I went to a hard money lender I was told I would have problems going through a "normal" bank to obtain a conventional fixed rate. I'm a veteran but the V.A. wants nothing to do with the loan. I'm paying a whopping 13% interest only loan and now that the house is near completion I would like to get out of this loan into something more reasonable. Is there any hope or is this a lost cause?

WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN IT SAYS (ASKING PRICE) AS WELL AS (ORIGINAL LOAN)? DOES IT MEAN THAT'S THE ACTUAL COST FOR THAT FORECLOSED HOME. IT'S FORECLOSED HOMES THAT I'M LOOKING AT.

1505 and 1507 Hillcrest Rd. San Pablo, CA used to be one large property with a very large parcel and a very small parcel. It is now two seperate parcels and properties of the same size. 1505 has been sold to a new owner. 1507 is listed as a single unit when it is in fact now a legal duplex. One unit is a 660 sq ft, 1bd, 1bath with garage/storage space with washer&Dryer. The other unit is a bachelor with a bathroom w/ shower. Also this unit has about 400 sq ft of storage and aprox 8'x8 ' office. When I look at the properties on the birds eye view on zillow, the property outline appears as if it is just one parcel. Can I fax or upload the correct plot map to zillow. I would really like to be able to have a zestimate of this property.
