MyEstimator isn't calculating right. It adds average of comps to my zestimate! What's up???

My Estimator is adding like an average value of comps to my Zestimate. That inflates the value way too much. Also, I updated my facts and it's subtracting over 200k from the value of my house which is way wrong. If anything, it should be adding value!

I want to print a copy of the Hybrid aerial picture of a parcel, how may I do this?

Recently sold $'s vs. MLS data

I have noticed that "recently sold" totals differ in Zillow then what the MLS dat sheet summarizes. For exampe The data I have shoes this house selling at a price of$569,900 while Zillow shows $530,000. Is it net of real estate commissions?
