I know this is a bit unusual, but I have unique circumstances to desire it.

I'm perfectly willing to execute any sort of Personal Guarantee, and the LLC is not a ploy to skip out on the mortgage. There have been older threads about this (http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Lender-that-can-lend-for-an-LLC/385068/ http://www.trulia.com/voices/Home_Buying/i_was_told_you_cannot_lend_to_an_LLC_or_hold_a_dee-235406).

Does anyone know of a lender who may work with me on this? I'm batting 0 calling up every 'normal' residential lender I can find, so I'd really appreciate a referral to someone who's willing to listen to my circumstances and work with me.

7 replies Tue, 01 Apr 2014 16:17:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Purchasing-in-the-name-of-an-LLC/534686/ 2014-04-01T16:17:00Z Can I have real estate tax re-evaluated? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-I-have-real-estate-tax-re-evaluated/457571/ Hi, I purchased a short sale. The property taxes are $8K and is located in Newark, NJ which I think is too much. The taxes are higher than its assessed tax value, I guess the $8K tax is from when the property's price was higher. Now is worth $170K. Is it possible to get it re-appraised to lower the taxes? or anything else I can do to lower it?

Thanks in advance!

4 replies Tue, 28 Aug 2012 11:28:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-I-have-real-estate-tax-re-evaluated/457571/ 2012-08-28T11:28:00Z out of state mortage pre aproval letter http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/out-of-state-mortage-pre-aproval-letter/516016/ im interested in a mortage pre aproval letter from for a property thats out of state can i go to a local chase branch

6 replies Sun, 20 Oct 2013 19:38:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/out-of-state-mortage-pre-aproval-letter/516016/ 2013-10-20T19:38:00Z Any help for someone that pays her bills on time? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Any-help-for-someone-that-pays-her-bills-on-time/503741/ I have a conventional 30 Yr. I intend to keep the property for about 4 years or so so I am looking at 5/1 arm. When I plug in 2 unit properties in the information, the rates are either higher (for 30 y) or I get no quotes for arm 5/1. If I choose single family, the rates are lower and arms are available. Costo of the property and everything else is the same. Is there a reason for this?

3 replies Wed, 08 Sep 2010 09:35:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Is-there-a-difference-in-rates-or-type-availability-ie-arm-5-1-when-buying-single-family-vs-multif/365458/ 2010-09-08T09:35:00Z Reducing your mortgage payments http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Reducing-your-mortgage-payments/360929/ I have a question. How can someone reduce their mortgage payments?
I am a pretty savy person and have explored the options
1. refinancing - since my home value has depreciated below the principal I would have to come to the table with added money to bring the value down and also face paying PMI
2. mortgage restructuring - this is offered by the banks most exclusively to help people who have problems paying their mortgage. I am not in that situation and have been paying my mortgage on time and more than the monthly payment since I bought my home
I know because I can always use the option of extending my mortage because I payed more than the monthly amount I "years left to repay my mortgage is less than actual" so I can ask the back to extend it back to the original months left cycle. this is called mortgage recasting. I am looking for other options if anyone has some.

6 replies Thu, 05 Aug 2010 18:50:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Reducing-your-mortgage-payments/360929/ 2010-08-05T18:50:00Z how much is my home worth http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/how-much-is-my-home-worth/216217/ 87 vassar ave,newark,nj

1 reply Fri, 27 Mar 2009 19:04:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/how-much-is-my-home-worth/216217/ 2009-03-27T19:04:00Z
