Only 30%LTV- NOT RISKY. http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/How-do-I-refi-a-low-owner-occupancy-364sf-beach-condo-in-San-Diego-Only-30-LTV-NOT-RISKY/425214/ Current loan is 60K, value of condo 200-220K. We either want to keep loan at 60K or cash out a little if we have the option. Can do as owner occ or income. My dad will move into it and refi in his name if I can't refi with a low rate (I would pretty much need a no-doc option). Dad has no debt and about 4K monthly income. Should be easy for him to qualify for this size or larger loan, however this condo is 364sf and has low owner occupancy (17%). It is at the beach and most units in the building are used as rentals. My debt to income is high, or rather I haven't filed taxes in two years and don't have time to get that done now, so I won't qualify for bank lending. Please help me find an option to refi this at a low rate. I am keeping the condo empty in case dad has to move in. Would be nice to have it rented or have dad take over ASAP. Thanks!

3 replies Thu, 08 Dec 2011 19:05:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/How-do-I-refi-a-low-owner-occupancy-364sf-beach-condo-in-San-Diego-Only-30-LTV-NOT-RISKY/425214/ 2011-12-08T19:05:00Z
