Do lenders see that as well or do they just see everything else? I'm only asking because the Experian dispute guy told me they don't see that, only I do.

9 replies Thu, 19 Mar 2015 05:00:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Do-lenders-see-the-exact-same-thing-I-do/579442/ 2015-03-19T05:00:00Z What's a CREDIBLE site to get an ACCURATE Credit Score from? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/What%27s-a-CREDIBLE-site-to-get-an-ACCURATE-Credit-Score-from/437139/ All of the credit bureaus have strange scoring. They have purged our motgage complately from our reports. I've called, wrote to them and filed complaints with Attorney General, BBB, ect. Their response is the generic same to all the agencies. They state Citimortgage is REQUIRED to report to the major credit bureaus. But they are not! WE have a FHA loan bought our home in 1997. Our interest rate is 8.5 We have been trying to refi to lower it. Already paid for an appraisal for the refi. Our score needs to be at 620 so we can do cash out for a car. However our score isnt moving because Citi is stonewalling us. What can we do?

8 replies Fri, 03 Dec 2010 00:05:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Citimortgage-is-NOT-reporting-our-timely-payments-to-the-credit-burs-and-being-VERY-uncoopertve/376691/ 2010-12-03T00:05:00Z Can you get a mortgage loan a year after a chapter 7 discharge? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-you-get-a-mortgage-loan-a-year-after-a-chapter-7-discharge/541852/ Hello. My husband and I had to file bankruptcy last year, when we went to get pre-approval for a home loan and found out my husband had a medical bill from 6 years prior that was not filed with insurance and they did not have his correct information (he was in the marines, 2 deployments) so, they placed a judgement against him for almost $20k. I had to resign from my long time job due to a chronic disease and have not been working for 3 years. However, I did just get deemed disabled by social security disability, so income will presume for myself. My husband has worked at the same job for a year and half, right after he graduated with a degree in his field. I currently own a home, which I have equity in, that is a rental. We are renting ourselves, waiting for the time to buy. We have found a home we love, but haven't found a conventional lender that will finance due to the bankruptcy being less than 2 years ago. My husbands credit score is 677 and mine is 634, both of us have credit cards to rebuild our credit and have had good payments on everything since the bankruptcy. Our financial status has changed drastically, as I was the head of household financially until I had to resign, from a well known bank, as a loan admin manager in 2011 and have had no income until now. Is it possible to find a decent mortgage loan now or is it unrealistic? We also can afford to put a good amount down. Thank you for your time.

6 replies Wed, 21 May 2014 16:23:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-you-get-a-mortgage-loan-a-year-after-a-chapter-7-discharge/541852/ 2014-05-21T16:23:00Z Can anyone provide financing with a 651 TU Fico http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-anyone-provide-financing-with-a-651-TU-Fico/531208/ I recently pulled my Fico scores and EQ is 625 TU is 651, Is there any lenders out there who can help me obtain a mortgage,Im disabled with an annual income of 14,500 my wife has an annual income of around 10,000. we are looking to buy a home within the 60-75k price range,Quicken loans denied my application so before racking up to many more inquiries on my credit report,Is this even possible with the income and scores?

6 replies Thu, 06 Mar 2014 20:04:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-anyone-provide-financing-with-a-651-TU-Fico/531208/ 2014-03-06T20:04:00Z refinance in VA?? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/refinance-in-VA/411365/ Looking to refinance a 30 year mortgage in order to reduce term while keeping same payment. My balance is $282,000 and my current payment is $1814 ($233 of which is escrow), with about 26 - 27 years left to pay. My credit score is the best possible score, but I am not interested unless in refinancing unless the numbers make sense. By the way, I am in VA. With a balance of $282k, can I get a 20 year term (with no out of pocket costs) and keep my payment, including escrow, at $1960 or less?

My house was appraised at $400k almost 3 years ago. Current valuation shouldn't be less than $375, even in this market.

4 replies Fri, 12 Aug 2011 16:52:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/refinance-in-VA/411365/ 2011-08-12T16:52:00Z My fiance foreclosed on last home, will this affect my options to buy as a new homebuyer?? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/My-fiance-foreclosed-on-last-home-will-this-affect-my-options-to-buy-as-a-new-homebuyer/373686/ I have perfect credit. PERFECT. Problem is- my fiance foreclosed on his subprime mortgage with his first wife (now divorced). The foreclosure finally went through end of 2009. With both my mother and sister in the real estate business they have been telling me now is the time to buy for new homebuyers. I'm a recent college grad, no college debt and work in biomedical research. I want to buy a house in Roanoke, VA where we will be relocating to beginning of 2011. I make ~$35,000 /year and he makes ~ $115,000. Am I screwed out of the market because of my fiance's foreclosure in Phoenix??? Is a "lease option" really an option for us, or will we be laughed at?

10 replies Thu, 04 Nov 2010 07:48:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/My-fiance-foreclosed-on-last-home-will-this-affect-my-options-to-buy-as-a-new-homebuyer/373686/ 2010-11-04T07:48:00Z
