Why did the rotate bird's eye view feature disappear? No longer have option to view East, West, and

Using Explorer 9 -- it disappeared July 22 I believe. The Bird's eye view now appears in the picture at the top of the page, not at the bottom where it used to be, and no longer are there any controls that allow to rotate the view. What gives?

Property at 7518 Parkdale Ave. Unit 102, Clayton, MO. 63105 sold again June or July 2012. Zillow has not updated this sale since they posted it in April 2012 at the short sale price. This is a condo and our refinancing is in limbo until the sale price is updated. The listing was for $399,000.
