Existing Help indicates -My Zillow, then -Listings however the word "Listings" is not listed as a choice under "My Zillow"

My neighborhood consists of 6 phases and I live in phase A which are all semi-custom homes built by several different independent home builders, each home is different (not just a variation of a few theme designs). The rest of the neighborhood are tract homes built by one large local tract home builder. But the Zillow values are keyed to the tract homes, including the semi-custom homes, which discourages buyers. How can we fix this without suing Zillow?

Is that true for Vancouver WA? I notice there are very few homes for sale that are not short or bank owned. How is that affecting the market in Vancouver?

While home values around me are rising, mine is falling and I have done so many improvements. What gives? And then also is the Zillow estimate accurate when this metric shows such a divergent value with the neighboring homes rising, but not mine?

I have updated our information (our house is currently valued $30,000 less than our neighbors). We have the same amount of bedrooms (had to update ours to reflect that), we have a larger/better located lot, and more amenities. Yet, we have lost $3800 in the last 30 days and they have gained $6300 in the last few days? It is honestly impossible that their house has a higher value than ours. Can you please recheck and compare? I think there is an error..
