Phone verification not working

I've been trying for four days to list my house FSBO, but cant ever finish the listing because a red error message pops up saying the verification call won't work. I've tried my number and my husband's multiple times with the same result, also tried three different computers. Tired of waiting for a response from the emails I sent customer support...Anyone else had this issue? What ended up working for you??

Website STILL broken?

I posted here months ago but I still check back to see if the issues have been fixed. They still haven't been fixed. I have tried using Zillow on various browsers and versions, and the website does not function on any of them. I've tried IE 8, 9, and 10 and the latest version of Chrome, all in Windows 7 64-bit. I know it's not my network because I have tried both at home and at work with the same result. Also, the Zillow Android app works fine on both networks. I'd like to be able to use the website, because only using the app won't cut it for me.

Here are some examples of the behavior I experience:

When I first click on the "Homes" tab to search for properties, I see the map and icons for houses. If I mouse over an icon, I see a mini popup with a picture, price, rooms, and sq ft. However, clicking has no result other than to make the mini popup go away and then the icon changes to faded. Double clicking just makes the map zoom in.

If I try to click on the address link of a property on the right hand (list) side, almost the same thing happens. A mini popup on the map at the location of that property on mouseover, but when I click, I see the url change in my address bar, but nothing happens. No loading, no navigation, nothing.

Another thing I have tried to do is obtain mortgage quotes. After typing in my parameters and clicking "Get Rates", a progress bar appears saying "asking lenders for custom quotes..." and fills up to 50%, but then nothing happens beyond that.

These are just three most basic examples that make it obvious that the site is unusable for me. Certainly I can't be the only one. What could possibly be the cause?

The listed square footage of my house is exactly one half what it really is..why?

My house is listed at one half the square footage it actually is. It has a full upstairs and completely finished basement....but the listing is exactly one half the actual footage.

I looked up my home under Zestimates. You have it as a condo when it is in fact a single family detached dwelling. Can you correct it please? I'm sure it would increase the value.

Zestimate on identical homes

Why is my home at 4026 W. Kelvingrove zestimated at $318K while the home 4041 W. Kelvingrove zestimated at over $400K. These two homes were built by the same builder at approximately the same time and are almost identical. I also have a detached 20x30 RV garage with another 10x30 patio attached to the RV garage.

371 Virginia Street.

I just have a question about a listing. I have a home listed on 371 Virginia Street through the Single Properties website. From what I understand the information from Single Properties is fed to Zillow. But I don't see my home on your website? Single Properties sent me a link showing my home on Zillow but it says that it is "currently not for sale". Could someone please help me with this?

Hi,
I just have a question about one of our listings. We use Single Properties and I was informed that our listings should be on your website as well through Single Properties? But I don't see our listing on 371 Virginia Street in Salt Lake City on Zillow? Could someone please let me know why this home isn't showing up on your website?
