The houses didn't degrade all on one night. What gives. Is this your so called new algorithm being applied. And if so why so many large negative drops in one day? If its an algorithm, ow can an algorithm take away 20% of my home's estimated value in one day?<br \><br \>13 replies Tue, 24 Sep 2013 21:44:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-see-the-Zillow-estimate-of-my-home%27s-value-dropped-20-literally-overnight/512750/ 2013-09-24T21:44:00Z Mobile and manufactured home values http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Mobile-and-manufactured-home-values/555003/ How are mobile and manufactured homes calculated in ton estimates when agent never enter them as mobile or manufactured? I was disturbed http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-see-the-Zillow-estimate-of-my-home%27s-value-dropped-20-literally-overnight-I-was-disturbed/512887/ I then checked around my neighborhood (Lincoln Park, Duluth, MN) and saw what appeared to be many randomly located large drops in value, all on the same day. Again these were large percentage drops overnight. The houses didn't suddenly all degrade overnight. What triggered this on so many houses but not all. If this is related to some part of your algorithm, I would be curious to know what it was measuring. 20% overnight is disturbing to me.<br \><br \>0 replies Wed, 25 Sep 2013 19:07:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-see-the-Zillow-estimate-of-my-home%27s-value-dropped-20-literally-overnight-I-was-disturbed/512887/ 2013-09-25T19:07:00Z what is a zestimate? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/what-is-a-zestimate/501753/ 2 replies Sat, 13 Jul 2013 20:05:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/what-is-a-zestimate/501753/ 2013-07-13T20:05:00Z House is on two lots http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/House-is-on-two-lots/490916/ My house at 2202 E 2nd Street in Duluth sits on two separate lots.
