Real Estate Training in WA and FSBO questions

Hi,
I am considering selling my house FSBO in the next couple months.
I am interested to learn & possibly get a real estate agent license so that I know all the processes. (I understand I don't need a real estate agent license to sell my house by owner). But, if I am getting into it, why not get a license, right? I might be able to use it in the near future, who knows.

My 2 questions:
1) What is/are the best Real Estate training school in or around the Everett/Lynnwood areas? I prefer evening/weekend instructor's led classes.
2) What is the best FSBO listing website(s) in snohomish/king county?

We are selling our house FSBO and have an MLS # - why don't we show up on Zillow.

Delete inaccurate history on home

Hi, I just added a make me move price to our home that we are thinking of relisting on the market (last listed 4/2011-5/2011 breifly as a short sale), however, I noticed the agency I used reposted a video tour twice in 9/2011 and 3/2012 which renewed is as "listed" under that old price. This is inaccurate, as it was not listed those times, is there a way to correct it and delete it from the sales/listing history? Thank you.

Old photos from an old listing from when it solare ruining the presentation. Can't you remove them?

I have requested the old photos be removed from zillow! Why do they have to still show up. This is a nice home and updated.

My area is massively different than Zillow shows. When will it update?

My area has gone through massive changes in the last two years. Some 70 homes have been added within a quarter square mile of my own home in the zip code of 98047 and has done a great deal to improve the look and ambiance of my area. While some of the homes do show up, the sale prices and for sale prices are very inaccurate on some of them. Some of the homes do not even show up (not on the map or anything). These homes have been built for over a year. My family is military and should be moving in the near future. I am concerned the overall value of my house will have actually gone up quite a bit, but it is not reflected on the same site we used to scout it out. We live in a little city and I am concerned that due to difficulties with the elected mayor and the disarray of the current public offices, any information that they have a role in providing will have been put on the back burner in favor of more pressing issues. Does the city play a role in your assessment of the homes' values, or does Zillow get it's information from other sources? How can I help Zillow have more current information?

Listing a home/property

Hi. I have entered the property address and then want to progress in listing my ad but it stays on the turning circle and does not proceed to the next page to list. I am using IE 8 and have cleaned out cookies. What can I do to move on. I have also restarted my computer. Do I have to do the facebook connect too?
