How do I get zillow to correct their maps which show areas in the incorrect community?

The section of Waipunalei Homesteads in Laupahoehoe is included in the area designated as Ookala, which is grossly incorrect and persistently misleading.

Why does Zillow make it so difficult to do a thing as simple as changing one's email address?

I tried to change my email address to a new updated address and there is no option anywhere to do so. Most sites have box where you simply check or go to a link and update, but Zillow is a veritable maze to try to navigate through. I then tried to log in and it rejected my password. They sent me a form to enter a new password and the cursor could not find any box to enter text- I swear!!! There I was, clicking away on the "enter new email address" page, but nope it could not be done. (Maybe it's because I was using Chrome Google browser instead of Internet Explorer.
Zillow not only has no "contact us" link that I could find, but also you have to be a rocket scientist to even unsubscribe. Unchecking the subscription boxes does not work, so it looks like all their emails will simply go to Spam box in the future. Too bad, because I enjoyed looking over their site.
and now to top it off, because I can't do the password sign-in thing, I couldn't even get this email published in the forum. Had to reregister under a different User name. How do they stay in business?

All of my listings have errors either the addresses or otherwise that have occurred after the fact.

I entered the proper addresses and text when the listings were created and they have since changed.

33 Lokelau Place question.

33 & 29 Lokelau Place are owned by the same persons. Larger home is 1700+ sq. ft., built in 1997; Smaller home is 990+ sq.ft., built in 2000, all on over two acres. The two acres has been planted with organic crops, palms and bamboo. Why does Zillow show an aerial of only one home and no crops? It suggests the photo is over 10 years old. How would anyone be able to provide an accurate value estimate with photos over 10 years old? We would like to suggest to improve the truthfulness of your site, update your photos and other information.

The location information in my area (96760) is inaccurate or missing. How can it be fixed?

Looking at the Hawaiian Acres subdivision in 96760, the location of some listings are wrong by miles. The Zillow database also does not recognise accurate street addresses (that *are* recognised by Google Maps, for example). Is there a way to submit bug reports to Zillow?

Discrepancy in recent-sales price vs. county data

Hello. 617 Iliaina St, Kailua HI 96734.
Zillow shows the recent sale at $1,980,000 on 9/1/2009.
City and County of Honolulu show this recorded sale on 9/1/2009 as $990,000.

It is exactly twice the listed value. I would venture to guess there is a bug in the import of data.

Are my findings correct?

Why are prices of recently sold homes in 96821 double the actual purchase price, including my own?

The listed purchase prices of homes in zip code 96821 are double their actual purchase price. I should know, my home is one of them. Obviously this dramatically distorts the zillow estimates of my property and all of the surrounding properties. Why are the purchased prices being doubled?

Why is reported last sale price double the actual sale price?

The reported last sale price on my property is twice what I actually paid. I suspect that the other recently sold properties in my neighborhood are reflecting the same double value. Obviously this is greatly distorting the Zillow estimate of my home and all of the other homes in the area.
