Why has our listing been removed from Zillow?

About two weeks ago we listed our house at 958 Nicklaus Drive, Newport News, VA for sale on Zillow. Up until Tuesday of this week it was an active, for sale listing on Zillow, but this morning it is not.
Monday or Tuesday I made some changes to the listing, new photos, and the process was not sooth, but I thought I completed it correctly. Could this be a reason the listing disappeared?

Can't seem to work around your website to enter that feature on property already listed, that being 3 Wade Circle, Newport News, VA 23602. Help, please?

There are 2 listings in Zillow put in by realtors that are no longer trying to sell the house. Â How do I get their information deleted?

I want to sell my home, but I am concerned that Zillow.com has incorrect information about my home i.e.- City of Newport News' assessed value. I don't know how to have the information corrected.
