Althought the listing expired on 3/15 it says that I can not edit an active listing. This probably also means I can not even list it as a new listing either. Please help.

failure at phone verification

I Just can go past the verification I keep geting this : "There was a problem making your verification call. Please make sure you are using a US based phone number and try again.
If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact Customer Support and mention your phone number".

I already did the contact customer support a couple of times but never got an answer...

What can I do?

I just posted "For Sale By Owner" listing. The listing is confirmed - found on map but can't open.

I listed a lot and added 9 pictures. I can see the lot confirmed on the map and the listing on the side, but I can't open the listing to view.

Can you tell me what I could have done wrong and what I need to do to correct?

He has a student loan issue from when he went overseas. We are selling at or below value. My grandmother is at the end and we are planning to purchase her home to keep it in the family (and I've wanted it since I was a little girl) We don't mind lease to purchase, we just don't wanna get screwed!!!

I have always heard that it's not a good idea to sell by owner. Is that a commonly true statement?

I am selling my home and while at some point I would definitely need to involve at the very least a real estate attorney to be sure everything is done correctly, is it always a bad idea to do the "selling" by the owner. I bought this house from some young owners who had no experience and didn't even hire an attorney and they felt they had made a big mistake. I'd like to know what the experts think of "sale by owner"?

Good morning:

I am trying to list my house as a for sale by owner on your website. I am an owner/agent, so there may be two different sign-ins for me, and somehow I'm messing it up. I want to re-list 622 Band Drive, with the listing that has all the pictures, and list it at $629K. I can't get it to cooperate, and I'm extremely frustrated.

I am tired of looking for a Realtor that is actually interested in showing my house. The more research I do (which includes speaking with Realtors) makes me believe I am better off selling myself. During the realtor interview process I was told over and over again that If I didn't list the property for 6% no one would show my home. When I stated that I would only pay 5% realtors would come back and say they are not a discount firm and would not be willing to list my house for less than 6%. First, it is my understanding that Realtors fees have to be negotiable by law. However, it seems if you do less than 6% they wont list it and Realtors will not show the property. I know that Realtors are suppose to take a pledge stating that they would be ethical but it appears to be a joke. Anyway can anyone help suggest places to advertise my home for sale? I currently have it for sale by owner and get about 1 person viewing the house a week. We have had two offers but the people were not finically prepared to pay. I am currently advertising on craigslist, Zillow, and have my own web page www.jctreestreets.com. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
