She told me she thought it was ok because they didn't work ( they did when I was there a week ago) and the realtor told her appliances weren't included. The contract said possession at closing but she had the contact amended to 30 days after. I am afraid what else might happen; what can I do? My realtor seems very disinterested. Thanks for any advice !!

13 replies Thu, 27 Sep 2012 21:53:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/What-recourse-do-I-have-if-seller-continues-to-remove-items-after-closing-from-the-home-I-am-buying/461715/ 2012-09-27T21:53:00Z Can I save much money on closing costs by paying cash for a house $ (located in Ohio) http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-I-save-much-money-on-closing-costs-by-paying-cash-for-a-house-located-in-Ohio/457414/ The price of the house is $50K.

4 replies Mon, 27 Aug 2012 02:46:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Can-I-save-much-money-on-closing-costs-by-paying-cash-for-a-house-located-in-Ohio/457414/ 2012-08-27T02:46:00Z how to delete a saved search ? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/how-to-delete-a-saved-search/454935/ 1 reply Fri, 10 Aug 2012 16:08:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/how-to-delete-a-saved-search/454935/ 2012-08-10T16:08:00Z I am interested in buying a home but I dont know where to start http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-am-interested-in-buying-a-home-but-I-dont-know-where-to-start/441805/ 7 replies Mon, 07 May 2012 14:17:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I-am-interested-in-buying-a-home-but-I-dont-know-where-to-start/441805/ 2012-05-07T14:17:00Z Finding a lender. http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Finding-a-lender/418412/ We are currently "renting to own" a home. We have been there for almost 3 years. We have about $7000 towards the downpayment. Our credit is not very good. How can we find a lender that is willing to work with us?

9 replies Fri, 07 Oct 2011 15:18:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Finding-a-lender/418412/ 2011-10-07T15:18:00Z were r the loans for manufactored homes in a park ? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/were-r-the-loans-for-manufactored-homes-in-a-park/399676/ applied to all kinds 4 them to state they dont do loans 4 homes in a park

3 replies Thu, 19 May 2011 18:14:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/were-r-the-loans-for-manufactored-homes-in-a-park/399676/ 2011-05-19T18:14:00Z IF A PROPERTY IS LISTING FOR SAY 17000 LOW I KNOW BUT IF SO THEN HOW MUCH DO U OFFER? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/IF-A-PROPERTY-IS-LISTING-FOR-SAY-17000-LOW-I-KNOW-BUT-IF-SO-THEN-HOW-MUCH-DO-U-OFFER/395179/ HOW DOES THIS MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF ANY?

Initial offer mus include earnest money as a cashiers Check or Money Order to the Listing Agency with the buyer name as the remitter.
