Turns out i liked her better, she understood what i liked better and explained everything a lot better and understood my price range better. But i never told my first realtor. I just stopped contacting him. (Never signed an agreement). But i had previously put in an offer with him on a house i found with my own searching. And the seller picked another offer.. But now that i have been working with this new realtor, the old one called and said we can go ahead with that offer if i want. So how do i get rid of one realtor? Id like to keep the second one just because she explains the process better, makes suggestions and lets me know of program and even referred me to a better lender, but the offer is with the first realtor. Is that an option or do i have to go with the one who i put the offer in with? I never signed an agreement with either.<br \><br \>8 replies Fri, 20 Feb 2015 01:43:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/not-sure-what-to-do-i-have-two-realtors/576330/ 2015-02-20T01:43:00Z not sure what to do, i have two realtors http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/not-sure-what-to-do-i-have-two-realtors/576330/ I started working with a realtor to look at houses but a friend of mine talked to his realtor and gave her my contact info. The agent told me that she will be a dual consensual agent. I asked her how good is the building company and she said they have excellent reputation in town. I did my own work and started looking for this company and even couldn't find a website for this company. Because she is a dual agent, I am not sure if I trust her or not. She said a real estate attorney is not necessary as she is licensed to do this. I am not sure if I need to find another agent to represent me when I sign the contract.
