Confused now http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/for-sale-or-not-Confused-now/563792/ I found a home on Zillow that says to be for sale by owner, but my agent says she can not find anything on the address. Its been on the site for a day and even shows that it was sold in 2012 (only thing my agent could find). It shows several things that had changed since the 2012 listing, not sure if they have upgraded them or just wasn't listed previously. Should I take matters into my own hands and contact on this home or should I just keep looking and find a new agent?

14 replies Tue, 21 Oct 2014 21:40:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/for-sale-or-not-Confused-now/563792/ 2014-10-21T21:40:00Z Unable to find a house with our needs, does it exist? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Unable-to-find-a-house-with-our-needs-does-it-exist/557754/ Were looking for a house/mini farm in California, Melbourne, KY. It's a small search area. We want a 4 bedroom with 10 acres under $300k. I feel were searching for something that doesn't exist. We've been looking for almost 3 years and haven't found our house we want. Only 1 came up in the past year but the stars didn't align as our house wasn't sold yet.

8 replies Wed, 03 Sep 2014 14:56:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Unable-to-find-a-house-with-our-needs-does-it-exist/557754/ 2014-09-03T14:56:00Z how to start a new home owners loan http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/how-to-start-a-new-home-owners-loan/557313/ 1 reply Sun, 31 Aug 2014 05:40:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/how-to-start-a-new-home-owners-loan/557313/ 2014-08-31T05:40:00Z looking for property 20 to 40 acres in kentucky not too far from cincinnati http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/looking-for-property-20-to-40-acres-in-kentucky-not-too-far-from-cincinnati/552731/ northern kentucky land only if possible, rent to own, land contract, trailer or cabin,

1 reply Sat, 02 Aug 2014 13:22:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/looking-for-property-20-to-40-acres-in-kentucky-not-too-far-from-cincinnati/552731/ 2014-08-02T13:22:00Z home loan while self employed http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/home-loan-while-self-employed/521750/ Can I get a home loan with only a 2 year income history of $3,685? Back in 2009 my ex and I ended an ugly custody battle, where I won, and he decided to run from his obligation to pay child support. At the time, it was a HUGE hit in income for my husband and I. Our income was around 40,000 a year, and the ex was mandated to pay 700 a month. We accumulated tons of debt trying to stay afloat, but none the less, we ended up filling after years of trying to pay it off.
Since then, my husband's income has been steadily increasing. Our taxes for this year at filing will be 70,000 and last years taxes were 63,000. He has been at his job for 3 years now. Our credit scores are really unknown, but are roughly in the mid 600's. According to quizzle and credit karma they are 667 and 635 for each of us. We have had PERFECT credit since the discharge on student loans and a small 2,000 credit card my hubby got approved for. We put a little on and pay it off.
Is there any chance we would qualify for a loan sooner than the 2 year waiting period here in Kentucky? I know they introduced some program that may help with a decline in income. The problem is , our income has risen each year. But it was a huge hit at the time so I'm not sure if that will work or not. Our credit at the time of income decline was 730.

2 replies Fri, 03 Jan 2014 19:50:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/qualifying-for-mortgage-help/523207/ 2014-01-03T19:50:00Z What does the Make Me Move label mean? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/What-does-the-Make-Me-Move-label-mean/385392/ 3 replies Thu, 10 Feb 2011 20:40:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/What-does-the-Make-Me-Move-label-mean/385392/ 2011-02-10T20:40:00Z How can your REALTOR help you when it comes to finance?! http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/How-can-your-REALTOR-help-you-when-it-comes-to-finance/518845/ As a REALTOR I have a lot of contacts in my industry.
