However the process to move was a bit held up and therefore she didn't move out until late Nov. therefore there is an additional month of rent that is owed. She herself paid her portion that was due, but Housing never sent me a payment for the month of November even though they had acknowledge that she did indeed occupied the property for an addition month for them to file the paperwork.&nbsp;<br/><br/>Her worker even acknowledge the payment owe, and told me not to worry as they will compensate for that. *still have not received the payment; last contact with the worker was 1/15/14*<br/><br/>Fast forward to late-Jan early Feb. I have a new section 8 tenant and we signed all lease agreements with SF's housing authority for them to move in Feb. 1.&nbsp;<br/><br/>Fast forward to April, I have yet to receive rent from SF Housing Authority. However, I am receiving rent from my tenant for their non-compensated portion.&nbsp;<br/><br/>Now my issue isn't the tenants owing me rent, it's the SF Housing Authority that has not issued payment. I have not been able to get in contact with either worker and I try to call on a daily basis to sort this out.&nbsp;<br/><br/>I believe if I don't receive rent for the month of May I will have more than enough just cause to evict my tenant. However, they're good people. They are consistent with rent...or their portion anyways. I am morally conflicted about evicting someone for someone else's doing.
