Walters, claiming to be out of the country. &nbsp;When I looked up the property in the Washington County Assessor's information it indicated that information on ownership was withheld. &nbsp;So I cannot confirm that this person actually owns the house. He wants to know how much money I have on hand and I need to send a check for the 1st month and a deposit. Trouble with that is; he has offered the same property to my friend and, strangely enough, there are people living at that address and they are buying the house in question.
