How do I correct it......I am with Coldwell Banker Triad Realtors and I was under the impression that it updates as it changes in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

I am newly Licensed, not working yet. How do I earn referral fee on home trying to buy?

Newly licensed in MA. We are looking for homes in CT and we are not working with a buyers agent. We viewed on home with the listing agent 2 weeks before getting my license. (NEVER signed an agreement with anyone). We later decided we would put in an offer. On the same day we informed the listing agent we want to make an offer I told him I was Licensed and would sign a dual agency agreement and asked for the referral fee. He seems to be playing around not giving me any straight answers or providing me with the paperwork needed. How do I go about making sure I get the fee?

Does the broker with the premium package have to be the listing agent to get the premium exposure?

New agent, working for a company with no training..

Hello!
I recently passed my IL exam, and have just started working with a smaller, yet established, RE company. Ive been coming to work for two weeks now with very little direction from anyone about what my next step is. I know that the bigger companies offer training (for a price!!), but they also charge desk fees (some are up to $2000). I did not have to pay any desk fee here. So, I guess my question is.. would it be in my best interest to move to a bigger company that offers more direction and higher fees or stay here, suck it up, and attempt to learn the business solo?

The initial contact was here on Zillow

The alias, "Kin Chan" says he wants to put a 15k deposit on a home and pay cash. He is going to close escrow on May 22,2013, and he sends his passport, bank statement, contact info in China, address, phone etc.. All of this is Phony and Fake. What they are trying to do is use an Attorney to deposit the money... then they cancel the transaction and ask to have the funds wired before the check has a chance to bounce. I just went through this for the past 6 weeks. I found out another Realtor in Temecula was corresponding with the Criminal at the same time and he sent a 300k check to the same attorney in Del Mar and Carlsbad. Both check where counterfeit. Please spread the word about this. The attorneys both told me the method has become much more sophisticated recently and the checks look authentic. The passports and Bank Statements look authentic too so when you look at everything initially although you are skeptical you do not know for sure.... I have since reported this attempted huge mail fraud attempt to the FBI..
