What are my options? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Seller-has-listed-the-square-footage-as-500-sq-ft-more-than-the-county-records-What-are-my-options/571884/ I found a home which I like and have put an offer on to it. The offer was partially based on the square footage of the home which was listed at 4243 sq ft. I am in my due diligence period right now. I found out that the county records show the area of the home as 3700 sq ft so there is a difference on 500 sq ft, which is huge to me. Yesterday I got an appraiser to measure the home and although I am yet to get back his report, I am thinking about what are my options if the actual square footage is off by a good margin to the footage advertised. The property is in Utah. Are there any commissions or state bodies where I can lodge a complaint about the mis-representation of the fact as being 500 square foot off in any estimation is just not acceptable. Any advice would be appreciated from me. Thank you for your time. <br \><br \>2 replies Sun, 11 Jan 2015 18:06:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Seller-has-listed-the-square-footage-as-500-sq-ft-more-than-the-county-records-What-are-my-options/571884/ 2015-01-11T18:06:00Z hiw do I search for a country home http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/hiw-do-I-search-for-a-country-home/571596/ there are no ways to look for things like that as far as I can see<br \><br \>1 reply Thu, 08 Jan 2015 12:48:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/hiw-do-I-search-for-a-country-home/571596/ 2015-01-08T12:48:00Z lenders in Tucson Arizona that work with VA homeloan and a credit score of 600? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/lenders-in-Tucson-Arizona-that-work-with-VA-homeloan-and-a-credit-score-of-600/562663/ Looking for Lenders that work with veterans with a low credit score to get a VA homeloan?<br \><br \>6 replies Mon, 13 Oct 2014 07:59:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/lenders-in-Tucson-Arizona-that-work-with-VA-homeloan-and-a-credit-score-of-600/562663/ 2014-10-13T07:59:00Z Advice on putting in offer on behalf of 501c3 (Not for Profit) http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Advice-on-putting-in-offer-on-behalf-of-501c3-Not-for-Profit/571419/ A Not for profit (Church) wants me to put in an offer for a neighboring property to be used for not for profit activities (Their new youth group center).
