I'm hoping it would be low enough that I could pay for it outright. (but beware, I'm not good at fixing things.) I would hope that it would be in a quiet area (not many kids, etc.)

Alternate: a single-wide or similar on a purchased lot.

Once I choose the area, I'd want to know that I have a temporary place to move to while doing the house search, so I'd need to know that I'd have a temporary place, a room, a monthly apartment, even a weekly motel (if not too expensive). I can move my property from storage here to storage there.

JohnnyWill
age 62
Springfield.or.Augusta (at) gmail.com

1 reply Tue, 04 Mar 2014 02:38:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/I%27m-trying-to-choose-my-retirement-city-and-need-a-real-estate-agent/530828/ 2014-03-04T02:38:00Z
