i was in contract with my home the contract expired and i didnt sell it due to bad health issues. and now the buyers have filled a lawsuit asking for damages and attorney fees i need some help iam on social security and can not afford to pay for an attorny

We already have two homes one is a rental that is underwater.

We need to sell our primary home in the bay area and use the profit to buy another one.
We are worried that inventory is so low that we would be stuck renting for a while.
Any thoughts

I have been experiencing multiple offers, somewhere in the range of 15 offers in the first 48 hours of listing a property. That being said, I also see many buyers backing out after sending "extremely" high offers. Are other agents experiencing the same?
