I have an opportunity to add solar panels to my house. Once installed they will lower the electric bill by 70% saving about $780 per year. There will be a 25 year warranty on the system. How much value do you think this would add to my home should I sell it? I'm hesitant to install the panels given that I plan in staying in my home for only 5 more years. Thanks!

Daughters house on the market for about 5 months and only 2 showings. Why isn' t it showing open house on the different sites like Zillow:?. Her agent said they don't add info to the different sites....A little late to ask this question as the open house is today noon to two. House location in Sandown, N.H...Thanks for any advice...

Expired Listing - How do you extend it?

Our home listing expired on 5/14/12 and we are trying to extend it. Unfortunately, it is still showing as for sale on Zillow (which it is) for the ORIGINAL price we listed it at and without any photos, etc. I have been unable to get in and edit the listing in anyway or re-post as a new listing as it is still out there (sort of). Any help would be greatly appreciated! The listing is for 5 Evergreen Dr in Plaistow, NH

Zillow indicates that there is an error (highlighted in red) when I try to update the new price, but there is nothing on the page highlighted in red.

I just want to change the make me move price.

Can anyone help?
