My question is can they keep coming back and looking at the house after DD and before closing date OTHER than the FINAL walk through? Have received word from Buyers Agent that Buyer is requesting 3 day delay in closing so that Buyer does not have to make a mortgage payment until January! Everything with their loan is processed and approved. My Agent advised there is nothing I can do about it because of the 14 day delay clause in the OPC form, But they are still requesting I sign something agreeing to this. I do NOT agree to this especially because I already have a contingent sale addendum on my new home (which was set to close the same day) Not to mention moving the date from the 31 into the following month means another mortgage payment will be due, not to mention my additional costs for moving etc. Is there ANYTHING I can do about this???

10 replies Fri, 03 Oct 2014 14:07:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Buyers-Request-3-day-delay-in-Closing-Nothing-to-do-with-the-Loan/561553/ 2014-10-03T14:07:00Z i was requested to 'rate my realtor'; i want to be honest, but will he find out? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/i-was-requested-to-%27rate-my-realtor%27-i-want-to-be-honest-but-will-he-find-out/496101/ we changed realtors, and would like to give an honest reason as to why, but, i wouldn't want him to be able to trace the comments back to me. i do want to warn future clients so they don't go thru what we went thru.

12 replies Sat, 08 Jun 2013 20:48:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/i-was-requested-to-%27rate-my-realtor%27-i-want-to-be-honest-but-will-he-find-out/496101/ 2013-06-08T20:48:00Z Hello, can you increase my Zestimates???! http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Hello-can-you-increase-my-Zestimates/560962/ My Zestimates is $245k lower than my asking price, this is not going to help me sell my home. The last home in my neighborhood similar to mine sold for $265k a few months ago. At present, the home is solely in my name (deed was changed) but my ex husband is still listed on the loan. I pay the mortgage on a monthly basis and have never been late. I've met with 2 realtors - both told me the house will not sell for what I owe. (113k.) At that time, I obtained a secured loan - I have approx 7k in my savings account as a result. I'd hoped to fix the house somewhat, in order to have a better chance at selling and to be able to make up the difference in commission to the realtor. (priced at 4.5%) At this point, I want to just get rid of this home as it's far too much mortgage for me and I'm afraid it's going to just sit on the market for years. 1) Does a short sale sound like my best option? I've never been late on the mortgage payment but I really don't want my credit to take a hit. And 2) What should I do with the money in my savings from the loan prior to applying for my short sale? Will the bank look at the savings and decline my hardship/short sale application?

Thank you.

13 replies Sat, 04 May 2013 16:04:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Short-sale-sizable-savings/490814/ 2013-05-04T16:04:00Z Will you please help me find an entire spreadsheet list of houses in the Raleigh, NC area? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Will-you-please-help-me-find-an-entire-spreadsheet-list-of-houses-in-the-Raleigh-NC-area/487954/
Hello,

I am interested in finding more information regarding the entire housing market for Raleigh, North Carolina.

I have chosen the Raleigh housing market for my graduate level statistics course.
