Our neighbor's house is exactly the same as ours, yet their house is valued $80,000 higher. Why?

Their house was built just 6 months after ours was built and is next door to us. The lot is almost identical in size. How could Zillow value their house $80,000 more than ours, and how can I go about getting this corrected in case we want to sell?

I am selling my home, and wondering... Are furnished homes a good selling point? The only things I am not going to sell with the home would be clothing, computer, and TV's. Just about everything else I am thinking of selling with the house.

Is this an attractive incentive to buyers?

Zillow has the value of my home OFF by atleast $200,000!!!!! I want the correct value.How do I fix?

I had an RE agent value our home at between $330 and $380,00 We purchased for $437,000 in 2007. Zillow is showing the value at a ridiculous $638,000. I want this corrected.

How can I get this corrected?

There is laminate in 85% of the home ( 2 bdrms with carpet), newly painted inside, new light fixtures and updated bath and kitchen. Water heater is 3 yrs old and toilet has new guts and wax ring. Closets in two bedrooms have built-ins to optimize storage.

Why is there no Zestimate for my house when there estimates listed for other houses in my neighborhood? The website says not enough county info is available, but that can't be right because houses down the block do have values listed. I appreciate insight anyone has.
