Zillow's own numbers show it is over 20% off in its zestimate for a substantial number of homes. They are over 30% off on our house from a recent appraisal and compare us unfavorably with houses in the vicinity of less quality. Their misleading information should be shamed by the real estate world.

Our townhome has some features the others don't have and is a larger one in the ccomplex with a side aarea that provides access to the backyard. Most do not have this feature.

Why the low Zillow price for my home ?

Just two months ago the property next store to us at 23450 Highway 42, Livingston, LA,70754, built by the same builder sold for just under $300,000. It had 200 sq. feet less than our home, no pool and no video surveillance system as we do. The correct square footage is 2600 as 4047 is the Total size.Kindly correct your estimate for our home based on the appraisal of next store of $300,000. We are losing a lot of lookers at $49 a square foot when next store sold in January for $130 a square foot. These are high end brick homes that were originally built in Baton Rouge and we bought 6 acres and built the two homes at the same time with the same builder. Please help us. Thank you.

Why is the house at 2372 Sweetleaf Street in Baton Rouge, Louisiana listed at such a low price?

This house (2372 Sweetleaf St., Baton Rouge, LA, 70816) is listed much too low - it is my house and we have it listed as $134,500. We had it appraised twice and it appraised for $135,000. This is one of the higher end houses in the subdivision (Cedarcrest Subdivison) and you have almost every other house in the subdivision listed at a higher price than it. Can you check again and corrrect this listing? I realize it's hard to appraise a house you haven't actually seen, but this house has a hugh master bedroon, dressing room, large fireplace in livingroom and 2 large brick buildings in the back of the house. One is large enough for a game room or even an apt. - the other is a large storage room or could be a shop.

Please see if you can change the price of our house.

You falsely advertise it as Sold, it IS NOT sold. I suggest you correct this gross error and refrain from future practices. I will notify/contact appropriate agencies if I do not see it removed ASAP.

Our house zestimate is lower than the house across the street- yet our house has a 2 car garage- their house does not. Our house is also in better shape. Our lower zestimate is also about 20,000 dollars lower than it should be,. It's inaccuracy is hurting our chance of selling our home. how do we fix this?

I live in Copper Meadows Subdivision, directly across from the pond on a corner lot with a very big back yard. I'm wondering what the houses in my neighborhood are selling for and would like an estimate of what my house is worth per square foot. Thanks for any help you can give!
