My Zillow will not let me change the home status.

I can change the status in the drop down menu, but there is now here to save the changes??? My Seller is gettin pretty ticked that his home is still on Zillow at the wrong price. I am frustrated because I cannot change it.

How to value solar panels

Any advice on how to add the appropriate value to my asking price for having solar panels? A few details....cost was about 20k (before rebates, tax credits, etc....net to me was much less), previous annual energy cost was 2,700 and now it's 800 (70% reduction). I've heard anything from "same as having a swimming pool" to "add $20 of value for every $1 you save annually".

Home Facts Update Dropped Value??

Can anyone explain how the Home Facts factor into your Zestimate? For example, I updated my facts to 4 BR (was nothing before), 2 BA (was 2.5), 10 total rooms (was 6) and 2212 SF (was 2179). Seems like not much change but it dropped my value by 73k when I created my own estimate. Why would this happen?

How can I find out what the worth of my home is after I have added pool and hot tub, cool deck, landscape, water softener, front porch addition, window coverings which total $100,000. I have a cash buyer and want and idea of what I can quote. Home has open mountain views and very quiet area. Easy access to airport and shopping.

This is a 2005 Shultz 1178 sq ft. was a three bd now a 2 bd.land scape in incredible. lots of up grades on house. one block to golf course.deck total elec water softner, security system garage carport. wired and plumbed garage, privacy fence, fish pond, apple apricot almond pecan trees.
